Hello Rajiv. My family and I are now back in the U.S. after a wonderful
three week holiday in India organized by you and your firm.
I want to let you know how very pleased and happy we were with you
and your firm's services. I admit we were somewhat nervous, not knowing
you personally except for your website and email communications. However,
it all worked out extremely well. India is a large and culturally
diverse country where oftentimes things can go awry, but your itinerary
and your services were extraordinary.
Your planned itinerary gave us just the right amount of time to see
the wonder and beauty of Rajasthan, Agra, Kerala and Pune but kept
us moving at a satisfactory pace. All the drivers were excellent,
particularly Raju, who navigated so well through some difficult traffic
jams and poor road conditions. All the within-India flights you arranged
for us actually departed and arrived on time (better than our return
flights home).
The quality of the hotel accommodations were for the most part excellent,
operating as a quiet and spacious oasis for the three of us. Our only
complaint would be Fort House in Cochi which was not up to the quality
level of the other accommodations. (Hotel Lohmod of course was adequate
solely for its proximity to the airport which we needed). I must not
forget to thank you for the houseboat you booked for us, which was
simply first class and a highlight of our trip.
It was great to have tour guides in the cities we visited; though
to be perfectly honest, the guides were a mixed bag - particularly
friendly, articulate and informative were the guides in Jaisalmer,
Udaipur and Agra. A suggestion here for you would be to provide your
customers with tour guide vouchers, as you did hotel vouchers, as
the guides often asked if we had them.
All in all, you created and fulfilled a wonderful vacation experience
at a reasonable fee for my family that will leave us with great memories
(and photos) for years to come. Please feel free to use me as a reference
and I wish you and your firm the very best.

Dear Rajiv,
Just a note to say thank you for a wonderful holiday experience. Ram
was great as our driver for the first week and we felt totally safe
and at ease with him at the wheel and accompanying us on our travels.
The Sher Bagh resort at Ranthambore was a delight and cannot recommend
it enough - the food and service was
excellent. Our only disappointment was that we did not see any tigers
a Ranthambore on this occasion.
However, our expectations were exceeded at Bandavgarh and Kanha -
where we were fortunate to have numerous tiger sightings (forgotten
how many) which we can only describe as magical. I attach a photograph
as evidence.We also enjoyed getting to grips with catching trains
in India!
We also had a great day at the Vasant Continental on our last day
to celebrate my birthday. We had a wonderful room and enjoyed a chance
to relax by the pool - and the Chinese restaurant there is excellent!!

I have sent several mails to the hotel. The first time they replyed
that it was the wrong e-mailaddress... After that, they did not reply
anymore. It seems they are not willing to make some arrangement or
to refund the money. I will keep on trying and will contact our organisation
about this. They can't help us directly, but they can publish bad
reviews about the hotel...
Regarding your services and company. We were very happy with the tour.
It was a wonderful experience. We hope to make another tour with Vardhman
Vacations soon, maybe in another country, maybe in India... Some of
our friends and family are very interested in your company, but as
you know a lot of people only want to go with a Belgian tour operator.
I can only tell them that your services were very professional, that
the hotels and cars were very nice, aswell as the services from drivers,
hotels and you. If anyone has a question about your company e.g. you
may always send them our emailaddress. It's always reassuring when
someone gets information in his/her own language (we speak French
and Dutch).

We are now back home after our Tiger Safari. I would like to thank
you and your staff for arranging this holiday for us. The arrangements
were very good, the Tiger Trails and Wild Chalet Lodges were excellent,
the service and food in these lodges were great.
Although we only had two full days on safari we saw three tigers in
Tiger Trails and one in Whild Chalet. It was amazing as was all the
other wildlife we saw.The overnight train journeys were an experience!!!!!!!

Overall, the standard of the hotels was high, and we appreciated the
mix of styles of hotels...from castles to havellis to a hunting lodge

We particularly enjoyed the 27 hour train trip from Varansi to Mumbai,

And thanks so much for throwing in the 4 hour driving tour around
Mumbai to fill in the time before our plane departed. We got a bonus
"taste" of Mumbai, enough to ensure that we will go back
there.
We plan to return to India , next time we will concentrate on the
south, Kerala, Chennai , Goa etc....and we will definitely book through
Vardhman Vacations !

This is just a quick note to tell you we arrived home safely and had
a wonderful time. With the exception of the drive from Hubli to Goa
(there are train stations much closer) and having to argue with hotels
to stay late (or just pay more as I did in Bangalore), the trip was
wonderful. South India is little known in the US. There is no advertising
about it. We have, as you know, been to the north a few times and
we are very happy to traveled so extensively in the South this time.
We will give your name and information to others and see if they are
adventuresome enough to come there.

Just a little word to thank you for all your good services that contributed
in making our honeymoon an unforgettable experience! Service was perfect,
sites and hotels beautiful and very comfortable (except for Holiday
Inn!). Your country is beautiful, very colourful and full of interesting
contrasts. The backwaters and the Kovalam beach resort were so relaxing
after our travels in Rajasthan.I could have stayed in the resort for
another week easily! Wonderful place!
