Day 01- Delhi
Begin your tour.
Arrive into Delhi.
Welcome to Vardhman's Colourful Rajasthan Tour ! On arrival in Delhi,
you will be met and transferred by Vardhman's representative to your
hotel.
Overnight: Hotel.
Day 02 : Delhi-Mandawa drive, (260 km/5 hours)
After breakfast drive down to Mandawa and check in at the hotel.
Mandwa, founded in 1755 by Thakur Nawal Singh and still the home
of his descendants.
Afternoon visit Havelies in Shekhawati Region, See beautiful frescoes,
havelis and mansions. Mandawa castle, one of the finest castles
of Rajasthan, is now a hotel and house of collections of armories,
costumes of ancestors, canons from 1820, ancient coins, numismatic
collection and many other interesting items, preserved in a museum.
A walking tour of the painted 'havelis' of some of the leading business
families of the country.

Day 03 : Mandawa-Bikaner drive, (200 km/4 hours)
This morning drive down to Bikaner and transfer to hotel. Check-in
at the hotel. Relax for a while. Later proceed for the sightseeing
of Bikaner.
Visit Bikaner
Bikaner is named after its founder Rao Bikaji in 1488. Long before
this, the city was a trade center on the caravan routes from Africa
and West Asia. Bikaner’s dominant features are rippling sands
and abundant sunshine. The city stands on an elevation, enclosed by
a 7 kms. wall, which can be entered from 5 gates. Bikaner City is
bolstered by imposing walls and has a 16th century fort housing old
palaces, temples and mosque. Founded by Raja Rai Singh, the fort is
distinguished by its long range of 37 pavilions, a line of balconies
and aerial windows of varying designs. Also visit Lallgarh Palace,
the museum, Bhanda Sagar Jain.

Day 04 : Bikaner
This morning after breakfast proceed to visit Deshnoke Temple.
Afternoon visit Camel Breeding Farm.
Overnight: Hotel.
Day 05 : Bikaner-Jaisalmer, (333 km/6 hours)
This morning after breakfast we will proceed to Jaisalmer and
on arrival, check-in at the hotel.
Rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight: Hotel.
Day 06 : Jaisalmer
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing tour .
City tour of Jaisalmer
Visit the famous forts & Havelies.
Afternoon visit Sand Dunes with camel ride.
Overnight: Hotel
Day 07 : Jaisalmer-Jodhpur, (297 km/5-1/2 hrs)
This morning drive to the Jodhpur and check into your hotel.
Relax for a while. Later proceed for the sightseeing of Jodhpur.
Visit the Mehrangarh Fort, situated on a low sandstone hill, including
Moti Mahal and Phool Mahal. Also visit Jaswant Thada, an imposing
marble memorium built in 1899 and the Museum located in the Umaid
Public gardens.

Day 08 : Jodhpur-Kumbhalgarh, (220 km/5 hours)
This morning after a leisurly breakfast we will proceed for Kumbhalgarh.
On arrival at kumbhalgarh check in at hotel.
Afternoon proceed to visit Kumbhalgarh Fort.
Overnight: Hotel
Day 09 : Kumbhalgarh-Udaipur, (100 km/2 hours)
This morning after breakfast drive to Udaipur enroute visiting
Ranakpur temple one of the biggest and the most important cluster
of Jain temples in India, nestled in the Aravalli range.On arrival
at Udaipur check in at hotel.

Day 10 : Udaipur
City tour of Udaipur
Visit the City Palace, Jagdish Temple, drive around Fatehsagar Lake,
Sahelion ki Bari (Queen resort for her friends) and Bhartiya Lok Kala
Mandir (Folk Art Museum)
Afternoon at leisure.
Overnight: Hotel
Day 11 : Udaipur-Kotah, (285 km)
This morning after a leisurly breakfast drive to Kotah visiting
enroute Chittaurgarh.
On arrival at Kotah check-in at the hotel.
Rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight: Hotel
Day 12 : Kotah-Bundi-Ranthambhore, (200 km)
After breakfast drive to Ranthambhore visiting en-route Bundi.
On arrival at Ranthambhore check-in at the hotel.
Overnight: Hotel
Day 13 : Ranthambhore-Jaipur, (185 km/4 hours)
Proceed for a morning safari into the Jungle.
Return back to hotel.
Later in the afternoon proceed for a safari
(Sanctuary remains closed from Jul. to Sep.)
In the forenoon drive to Jaipur and on arrival at Jaipur check-in
at the hotel.

Day 14 : Jaipur
This morning after breakfast proceed to visit Amer Fort &
elephant ride.
Afternoon proceed for,
City tour of Jaipur
Visit the Jagmandir or the Hall of victory glitterning with mirrors,
Maharaja's City Palace and the Observatory. Drive past Hawa Mahal
or the Palace of Winds and through the rose pink residential and
business areas of Jaipur.

Day 15 : Jaipur
Day at leisure - optional day trip to Pushkar(140 km)
Overnght: Hotel
Day 16 : Jaipur - Delhi, (260 km/6 hours)
This morning after a leisurly breakfast we will proceed to Delhi.
On arrival at Delhi transfer to International Airport to board the
flight for onward journey to back home with sweet and unforgettable
memories of 'Colourful Rajasthan Tour' escorted by Vardhman Vacations.
