Day 1 Delhi

Begin your tour.
Arrive into Delhi
Welcome to Vardhman's Grand Indian Experience ! On arrival in Delhi, you will be met and transferred by Vardhman's representative to your hotel.
Overnight: Hotel

Day 2 Delhi-Jaisalmer (Train)

city tour of New Delhi & Old Delhi
Visit Qutab Minar, Humayun's tomb, Lakshminarayan Temple, a modern Hindu Temple, Parliament House,
Government Secretarial Building and Connaught place, the shopping centre of New Delhi.
Visit Red Fort, built in 1648 by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan, Jama Masjid, one of the largest Mosque of India, Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana, the cremation sites of Mahatama Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru. Also drive past Chandni Chowk,
shopping centre of Old Delhi.
Evening transfer to railway station.
1740 hrs. - Leave for Jaisalmer by train.
Overnight: Hotel

Day 3 Jaisalmer

1240 hrs. - Arrive Jaisalmer and transfer to hotel.
Rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight: Hotel

Day 4 Jaisalmer

City tour of Jaisalmer
Visit to sand dunes
Jaisalmer; in the morning a city tour with visits e.g. to the Gadi Sagar Tank and Patwah-ki-Haveli. Afterwards a walk in the small streets of the old city (haveli's). Tombs by oase (Bada Bagh en Chhatris), Gadisar Lake. Visit the famous forts & Havelies.

Day 5 Jaisalmer-Jodhpur

This morning drive to the Jodhpur and check into your hotel.
City tour of Jodhpur
Visit the Mehrangarh Fort, situated on a low sandstone hill, including Moti Mahal and Phool Mahal. Also visit Jaswant Thada, an imposing marble memorium built in 1899 and the Museum located in the Umaid Public gardens.
Overnight: Train

Day 6 Jodhpur-Udaipur

Morning drive to Udaipur visiting Ranakpur Temples enroute.
City tour of Jodhpur

Day 7 Udaipur

City tour of Udaipur
Boat Cruise on Lake Pichola
Visit the City Palace, Jagdish Temple, drive around Fatehsagar Lake, Sahelion ki Bari (Queen resort for her friends) and Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir (Folk Art Museum) Boat curise on Lake Pichola 4km long and 3km broad, surrounded by splendid hills, Palaces, temples bathing ghats and embankments

Day 8 Udaipur-Jaipur

After breakfast drive to Jaipur transfer to hotel
Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 9 Jaipur

Visit Amber Fort. Amber Fort was the ancient capital of the State. Visit the Sheesh Mahal or the Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors. Ascend the Fort on Elephant back. Afternoon tour of Jaipur. Jaipur - the capital of Rajasthan was given a colour coat of pink a century ago in honour of a visiting Prince. Built by Maharaja Jai Singh, the notable astronomer, this city is 260 years old. Visit Maharaja's City Palace, the Observatory & Ram Niwas Gardens. Drive past Hawa Mahal & through the pink rose residential & business areas.

Day 10 Udaipur

Today you drive to the former capital city of Emperor Akbar
On to Agra
Your exciting day begins with a tour, starting with a visit to Fatehpur Sikri. Then continue onward to Agra and check into your hotel.

Day 11 Agra

City tour of AgraMorning visit the world famous Taj Mahal built by the Mughal Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. Later visit the Agra Fort containing the Pearl Mosque, the Halls of Public and Private Audience. Also visit the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daullah built by Empress Noorjehan in memory of her father.

Day 12 Agra-Delhi

Morning at leisure.
Afternoon drive to Delhi and transfer to International Airport to board the flight for your onward journey to Back home with sweet and unforgettable memories of Grand Indian Experience escorted by Vardhman Vacations.
